Legal Notice Regarding Proposed Sale to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital

On July 5, 2007, Rehabilitation Institute at Santa Barbara, a California non-profit benefit corporation, submitted a notice and request for California Attorney General approval regarding the proposed sale of substantially all of its assets to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, a California non-profit public benefit corporation.

A copy of the notice is available for public review at the administrative building of Rehabilitation Institute at Santa Barbara, 2405 De La Vina Street during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
